Lis Wiehl works as an American lawyer and writer who used to be a Fox News analyst.
She is an adjunct professor at Law, New York Law School. Previously she was Associate Professor of Law at the University of Washington Law School. Legal commentaries have been provided to National Public Radio and Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor. She was a regular guest for The O'Reilly Factor as well Lou Dobbs Today The Kelly File With Megyn Kelly with Neil Cavuto and The Kelly File.
Wiehl completed her studies at West Valley High School, Yakima. Her birthplace was in Yakima. She received a bachelor's degree in English from Barnard College in 1983, an MA in Arts in Literature at the University of Queensland in 1985, and an Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1987.
Wiehl worked as a prosecutor at the US Attorney's office. She served as the legal correspondent for NPR All Things Considered. She was the Chief Investigator's Counsel for the Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee in Clinton's impeachment. She was tenured professor of laws in the University of Washington School of Law, Seattle from 1995-2001, and she directed in charge of the Trial Advocacy Program. Wiehl was an analyst for Fox News Legal Analyst from the year 2001 through 2017.
